We started from our personal experiences and our passions so that our work would become a lifestyle and that it would allow us to achieve a goal:
the democratization of catering.
We created in Costa Smeralda, a place of exclusivity and luxury, a refined restaurant, but not elitist, elegant but not formal, a restaurant where every customer can feel at home.

IN SEARCH OF LONGEVITY
There are five areas in the world where the greatest number of centenarians live and they have called them Blue Zones. One of these is in the heart of Sardinia.
Longevity is a lifestyle, but it begins at the table.
It is precisely from what we eat that the secret to a healthy and long life begins.
Following this philosophy we have studied and developed a special menu with the ingredients most used by Sardinian centenarians, such as legumes, vegetables, fish, pecorino cheese and cannonau wine.
